Acceptable Use Policy

1. Explicitly prohibited content and conduct

GrapeVine strictly prohibits all of the following on the platform: child sexual exploitation or abuse, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexual violence; non-consensual content; human trafficking, sex trafficking or sexual exploitation; sexually explicit profile content; and scams or fraudulent activity intended to defraud users.

These prohibitions apply to profiles, profile photos, other images, videos, messages, introductions, advertisements and external links. Do not create, upload, share, request, promote, facilitate, aid, abet or encourage any of this content or conduct. Sexually explicit profile content is prohibited even when consensual or created by the account holder. Non-consensual content includes intimate images or recordings, synthetic or manipulated sexual depictions, and profiles created or shared without the depicted person's consent.

2. No human trafficking, exploitation or abuse

Do not engage in, promote, facilitate, solicit, aid, abet, encourage or profit from human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, coercion, forced labor or abuse. Do not recruit, transport, harbor, advertise or control people for exploitation, or use introductions or messaging to assist anyone doing so.

GrapeVine prohibits prostitution, escort services, compensated sexual activity, pornography and the sale of sexual content. Do not offer, request, arrange or advertise these services, including through external links. Premium is a digital app membership, not payment for another person’s company, consent or sexual services.

3. No minors or child sexual abuse

People under 18 may not use GrapeVine. Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sex trafficking and sextortion are prohibited. This includes generated, synthetic or manipulated depictions of child sexual exploitation. Never create, upload, request, distribute, trade or link to this material.

4. Respect consent, privacy and personal safety

Do not harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, dox, extort or discriminate against others. Do not share non-consensual intimate imagery, threaten to share it, or distribute someone’s personal information without authorization. Do not use fabricated intimate images or impersonation to deceive or harm someone. Respect a refusal, a block and a withdrawn invitation. Do not create another account to evade someone’s boundaries.

5. Be authentic and protect the service

Do not impersonate another person, misstate your age, run romance or financial scams, request money through deception, sell accounts, manipulate vouches or introductions, or send spam. Do not scrape member information, probe accounts without authorization, upload malware, bypass subscription gates or abuse technical systems. Only share content you have the right to use. Do not promote illegal goods, violence or criminal activity.

6. How to report a violation

Use the report option on a member’s profile, feedback in Settings, or email contact@foafapp.com with the subject “Safety report”. Include the username or profile link, what happened and relevant dates. You do not need to contact the person you are reporting. Block the account if appropriate.

Do not download, copy, attach or forward suspected CSAM or other illegal images or videos. Describe the location of the material instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Our support inbox is not an emergency service and is not guaranteed to be monitored continuously.

7. Enforcement and review

We may review reports and available account information, restrict content or features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence and report apparent illegal activity as required or permitted by law. Severe exploitation or trafficking violations can lead to immediate termination. We cannot guarantee detection of every violation.

To ask for review of an enforcement decision, email contact@foafapp.com with your username and explanation. Do not evade enforcement with replacement accounts. Lawful disclosures and preservation requests are handled under our law-enforcement protocols and Privacy Policy.
