We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email, age, profile details, and photos), trust-graph activity (introductions, vouches, and connection actions), app usage data (feature interactions and engagement events), and device/network data (device type, operating system, and IP address). If you connect third-party sign-in or social sources, we may receive account and connection metadata from those services.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage your account, operate matching and introduction flows, place and manage waitlist access, improve route quality, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate safety risks, provide customer support, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with service providers that help us run GrapeVine (hosting, infrastructure, analytics, support, and transactional messaging). We may disclose data when required by law, legal process, or safety needs. We do not sell personal information.
