Access recovery

Use the newest magic link only
Magic links can expire or be replaced by a newer email. Request a fresh link, open the newest message, and tap it once.
Check your linked path
If Google or Facebook was already linked to this same profile, you can use that provider instead of requesting another email.
Email is the fallback
Older accounts can still use Email sign-in. If you know you set a password before, switch to Email and try that path directly.
Escalate with details
If you are still blocked, contact support with platform, app version, the exact error message, and whether you used Magic Link, Google, or Facebook.
